Bear in mind that the work we do is non-linear in nature and has a lot of starts and stops. This at times makes a specific pistol hard to track. If you call to check on your pistol, we will need the number from your work order. (Yes, you have been reduced to a faceless, nameless number yet again). We may not be able to give you any information, other than whether it’s done, on demand. it may take up to 48 hours to respond in detail. Interrupting the gunsmith process to track down a specific pistol is not the best use of valuable bench time.
When you place your order we will give you an anticipated delivery time. This is a “best guess”. Murphy was right . . . “Stuff happens!”. Sometimes we are not correct. Please be assured that completing your project in a timely manner is of the utmost importance to us. We don’t get paid if the work is not finished! It is in our best interest to complete your work as efficiently and quickly as possible.
Use the contact form below to contact us if you feel the need, but realize that if we are looking for your pistol so we can answer your email, then we are not working on ANYBODY’S pistol. Conversely, if we’re looking for someone else’s pistol, we are definitely not working on yours. See the problem? We won’t keep it a secret – when your pistol is done, we are going to let you know right away.
